Disable Infolinks in Specific Post

Ever had post paid advertisers requiring that their link to be the only link in the post?  In this case, you have to disable Infolinks in that specific post.  

To do that simply add <!--INFOLINKS_OFF--> add the beginning of the post.  Do this before hitting the publish button
